Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT
Reservations are considered firm only when accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay for a stay of more than 3 nights; 50% of the total amount for a 2-night stay; 100% for 1 night. Concerning group reservations, the total amount of the stay will be requested.
CANCELLATION
• The total amount of the deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• Any shortened stay will result in payment of the full amount of the initial reservation as compensation.
• For last-minute reservations (reservations less than 30 days before the arrival date), the entire deposit will be retained regardless of the cause of cancellation.
NO SHOW
The hotel will charge the full amount of the stay as compensation if the client fails to show up on the scheduled date without notifying us.
